● The most factor in buying a weighted blanket is your body weight, which should be approx. 10% of your body weight plus 1 pound. Please refer to our size chart to choose the most suitable.

● The size of the weighted blanket is smaller than normal blanket so the weight can be focused on your body. If you are unsure, start off with a lighter weight.
● For best care and preserve the service life of the blanket, we recommend wash the weighted blanket above 12 lbs in commercial washer or spot clean, as it may exceed household machine capacity.
